Dossier n. 228/2012 [Abstract] Guidelines for preparing and using the Charter of services in Public Trusts for personal services (ASP)

The Charter of services has been introduced in Italy in the ‘90s with the aim of improving the relationship between Public administration and citizens. In fact, the Charter of services is an important tool for the user-citizen to control the providers (public or private) of public services.

These guidelines have been modeled through a research conducted among the Public Trusts for personal services of Emilia-Romagna (ASP) and they aim to provide ASPs’ management with a methodological device to support them in the construction, review and use of Charter of services.
